Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only for defective items. To be eligible, the defect must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.

Conditions

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
• The defect must be clearly visible and documented (photos/videos may be requested).
• Items reported after 7 days will not be accepted for return or exchange.

How to Report a Defect

1. Email us at info@pavankumarweaves.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
2. Include your order number, a brief description of the defect, and photos showing the issue.
3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 2–3 business days.

Return Shipping

• If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during delivery or is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Exchange / Refund Process

• Once we receive the returned item and verify the defect, we will process a replacement, store credit, or refund.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the return is accepted.
