We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed.
All products are made or packed specifically for your order, and once processed, cancellations are not possible.

💸 Refund & Return Policy

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

• Damaged or Defective Products
• Wrong Item Delivered

If you experience any of the above issues, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@pavankumarweaves.com or messaging on WhatsApp at +91 89857 66513. Include:

• Your order ID
• Clear photos of the item
• A description of the issue

⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

• Minor variations in color or texture due to photography or screen settings
• Irregularities in weaving or dyeing — these are part of the handmade charm
• Delays due to customs or international shipping
• Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
• Used or washed products

🛍️ Return Conditions

If your return is approved:

• Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Return must be shipped within 7 days of approval
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• The amount will be refunded to your original payment method
